Yesterday night tried to prepare tomato rice. I had put all the ingredients as given in the recipe on the internet. And cooked it eagrly with love and care. At 9.30 got relaxed, and with the thought of tomato rice my mouth was watering. Then after 10 minutes I opened the lid of the cooker and mixed the rice well. And served it into my eating bowl. And here goes the first bite into my mouth...
Then I thought of bringing curd to have with it. But it was too late n all the shops were closed. So there was no way out :-(
However I managed finish whatever I had poured in bowl, sweating all over with smoke coming out from my mouth n ears. Hope the results wont be too much intolerable tomorrow!!! I dont know how the housewives cook it so perfectly every time???
