Today I took the recipe of sambar powder from my mom, which is used to prepare authentic 'mathada huli' or sambar which is prepared in temples. Its very simple but makes your sambar taste awesome. It can be used for making gravies for your vegetable side dishes, which would make it taste simply superb. I am posting the pics below.
